Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay with us. We have gathered all the useful information to help you plan your visit with total comfort and confidence.

What are the check-in and check-out times for the rooms?

The time to check into the apartments is from 15h onwards and check out is before 11h.

If you arrive before 3pm, you can enjoy the common areas such as the pools and also eat at our bar restaurant.

We offer a free space to store luggage on the day of arrival and departure. Please inquire at reception.

You can leave the apartment later subject to availability and at an additional cost. This should be checked at reception beforehand.

On the last day, you can enjoy the common areas such as the bar, restaurant, and pool even after returning the apartment key.

Els Llorers Apartments has a courtesy shower area for you to shower and/or change clothes.

Animals are not allowed in our apartments or our common areas.

Bank cards and cash are accepted at check-in.

It is necessary to provide credit card details because, depending on the cancellation policy, at some point you will be charged for the first night to guarantee your reservation.

A non-refundable rate or non-refund is a more economical rate than other rates but it has a stricter cancellation policy since it does not accept changes or cancellations and 100% of the amount is paid at the time of booking.

In the case of a standard rate, the cost of the first night must be paid 7 days before arrival and in this way the reservation will be guaranteed. The rest of the stay can be paid upon arrival. In the case of a non-refundable reservation, 100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

The deposit can be paid in cash or by card (pre-bank authorization).

The establishment has a free parking area. If this area is full, there is always parking within the perimeter of the establishment.

The apartments have free high-speed internet.

Our common areas offer free internet connection.

We have a pool located behind the reception building in a quieter area, and the main pool located in the bar-restaurant area. The children's slide pool is also located in the main building. The children's pools are open from 10 in the morning to 7 in the evening and the other pools from 9 in the morning to 9 at night.

All apartments have a safe and there is an additional cost that you can check at reception upon arrival.

Els Llorers Apartments offers different types of apartments: some have sea views, others have mountain views, views of the pools.

The reception is open 24 hours, so there is always a team member available upon arrival.

A double bed can be provided upon request at the time of booking.

All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terraces.

No. It's not necessary. At the time of check in, complimentary beach and pool towels are provided.

There is a supermarket nearby and we offer free transportation that takes you to the supermarket every day from 10 to 19h.

There is a distance of about 900m, and we offer a free transport service that takes you to and from the beach from 10 to 19h.

We have menus that cater to all needs but it is important to communicate this before arrival at reception.

Once your booking is guaranteed, you have the opportunity 1 day before your arrival to check-in online. You will receive a booking confirmation with a 5-digit booking number. This booking number is your locator. You only need to enter it with the date of your stay and you can check-in online.
